Welcome. Pregnancy Center West Medical Clinic (PCWMC) is a non-profit medical clinic that provides free services to those facing an unexpected pregnancy. We have been in operation since 1984 serving thousands of women, in addition to their partners and families.
We are located in the Catonsville section of Baltimore, off of the Beltway at Exit 13, ten minutes from UMBC and CCBC. Our medical staff is overseen by a Family Practioner and staffed by Registered Nurses. Our Pregnancy Counselors are volunteers specially trained in pregnancy counseling. Our goal is to provide you with top quality compassionate care, as well as complete, accurate information about adoption, single parenting, abortion and STDs. We do not perform or refer for abortion.
